Often times we are given very vague information on how to improve our overall health. When what we are really needing are step by step guides that tell us the WHO's, WHERE's, WHY's and HOW's. So that we can in turn make our own educated choices that are right for US as individuals.

I will also be starting classes and workshops in the Phoenix, AZ (East Valley area). I will use my resources and education in Massage Therapy, Esthetics, and Aromatherapy. I will also recruit the help of those who are educated and trained in the field of Health and Exercise Science, and Aromatherapy.
Some of the classes and workshops will include (but are not limited to) Infant Massage, Cleanse your Body with Essential Oils, Injury massage ~ Chronic Neck and Shoulder Pain~ Chronic Lower Back Pain, Headache Relief, Naturally Boost your immune system and help prevent Cold and Flu, Natural Homemade Spa Products... and MUCH MORE.
These classes and workshops are designed for everyday use on yourself and family members. These do not give certification or license to practice for payment. Most of these will be free of charge or a minimal fee for supplies.
